Design reminds me of webhostingtalk

Its a nice design, i really like it. Not too graphic heavy and easy on the eyes.

I would suggest you put in a proper header with a border around it.

Can't really understand the logo but looks good.

Theres some categories with missing forums.

Overall 6/10

Only your header needs some working.

EDIT:

You got two google adsense advertisements at the top, how about you put one in the footer and the other in header.

Nice forum with some good topics the logo looks great.. I think with some good promotion your forum will be successful.
