I'm really confused, cuz "BusinessInsider" is a TM http://www.trademarkia.com/trademarks-search.aspx?tn=BusinessInsider

What is the reason in buying .org if you have a .com?

I am surprised they bought it for that much. Wouldn't they be able to file a lawsuit or something for trademark infringement.

Unless they had the domain before the TM
