Business Startup Question

I am thinking of investing in domain names/flipping. I am very nervous about anything to do with copyright infringement and that has kept me from not moving forward with buying. I simply do not need the headache. My question is, What are the proper steps that I need to take to protect myself and get my business up and running. I am pretty sure that I will be forming an LLC., but want to make sure I cover everything, however do not want to go out and hire an attorney everytime I sell a name either... Just not sure.

I believe you mean trademark infringement. Well avoid registering domain names that are trademark names, and you should be fine :gl:

sorry, yes I did mean Trademark not Copyright.

I got a nice letter from the fine folks at the Porsche legal dept. Nothing happened except I stopped registering TM names and I let the domains expire.
