I had a nice little script written for me that I keep on my desktop. It treats about 100+ news sites from all over the world as a slide show, with forward and reverse buttons. It has a place where you can add the amount of seconds between news sites, or you can forward/reverse it manually.
Anyway my question is I would not post it for use on the internet at this point for fear of being sued for a ba-zilion dollars from one of the news sources for copyright infringement.
Would this be copyright infringement?
If so, why is this not copyright infringement? I tend not to believe google and yahoo have made a buisness deal, as I think of them as competitors:
