Business plan? You didn't tell us what kind of business you want to run on. When you ask that, that means you want to trade and of course you have your own thinking how to run, I'm sure. Here is an idea; if there is a University with an Entrepreneurship program or class in the Business College, approach the director of the program and tell him/her about your business, and that you would like it to be part of class projects. I have been in an entrepreneurship class where we did business plans for local businesses here. It might take some time before the class starts, and then a full semester (4 months) for you to get it done (you will have to assist the students); but you will end up with a good business plan,a bunch of constructive criticism, and maybe some business partners and investors.

It doesn't take much "Business Knowledge" to create a business plan in my opinion, If you know the indursty well and get yourself in the right frame of mind then you should eb able to do it without paying for a course.

Yes, having a little more details on your business would be helpful for offering specific suggestions. In general, find someone else's plan who is in a similar business to use as an example. Also, finding a good list of questions to ask yourself when creating your business plan would be a great way to start.

Every business plan consist on the type of the business but the for starting any kind of business you should need all the national and international information about it and you have the ability of upgrading yourself with info about business.

I think 2 of the most important aspects of any business plan should include:

1) Marketing plan - without a working marketing plan, yours is just not a business. Period. The problem of how to sell is 100 times more important than what to sell.
2) Exit plan - majority of businesses fail, yours may be the next, in a month or in a year. Plan ahead how you may be going to exit and reduce the failure sunk cost as much as possible.

Which are mostly just referred to lightly if dealt with in a business plan at all.

Before making a business plan, its always good to do SWOT analysis of yourself as it makes it easier for you to understand your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. I dont know what business you're planning to start but doing SWOT analysis will tell you whether you're right for that business or not.
