question Bunny token

Hi guys, there is a new crypto coin called bunny token. They own bunnytoken.com and I think that .io as well, but not sure.

Yesterday, the .net and .org were available, I did not had money to register them because the paycheck will arrive tomorrow and some chinese guy registered them both.

Is there any TM issue on situations like this ?
