I have some confusion regarding TMs. I am wondering if you can help!
Will Illustrate by a made up example -
So say there is a company named - BlockX (X could be "X" or any random keyword). This company has the name TMed in Crypto space and it uses the domain BlockX.com.
Now, can another company exist in Crypto space using domain BlockX.io?
If your answer is yes, then will it risk/spend 1000s of $$s on BlockX.io?
You can assume -
1) BlockX.com is a company with global presence and global operations.
2) Seller is not interested in selling BlockX.io to BlockX.com (neither outbound nor inbound)
3) X - keyword is not "Coin" or "Token". It will not make sense for a new token/coin to market themselves as existing coin/token. They probably will not be allowed in the first place. IMO
Thanks
