guys, this name was just renewed - has an entire year left....i actually lived 5 miles away from Avondale.....for three years.....it really has a buzz about it...all the huge car showrooms, nascaar and new house building going nuts out there and at 75k pop...critical mass is guarenteed to take place and end up one of the top cities in phoenix over the next three years....
