BB doesn't publish their sales so it's hard to say.
But there have been some unverified, reports of $70k sales

The new logo looks more visually appealing though. The redesign happened less than 3 months ago.

To me, it looks like BB is trying to add standalone icons to logos without one, as seen in the Moblios and Claya logo redesign too. However, I still have names without icons in their logo.


All the redesigns seen so far support @Brandworthy theory that "you cannot have multiple colours in any letter (or word)." However, I still have names with two colours in their words.

Seems only BB can explain what happened.

I mentioned above that BB redesigned the logo for one of my names without a request in January.

I logged into my account yesterday to find out that another one of my names just got an unsolicited logo redesign.

Someone at BB must have noticed that my last sale happened almost 2 years ago and decided to freshen things up for me.

NB: I have a very small portfolio of 14 names on BB

Does anyone know if it's still the case that BrandBucket will always re-publish/accept names that were previously published?

Yes, they will as long as the new owner has an account and is good standing.

The new owner, simply needs to email BB ([email protected]) and inform BB that they are the new owner and could BB please place the domain into their BB acct.

The new owner will then validate the domain in their BB account dashboard (validate means BB verifies that the domain is pointing to BB via 301 redirect or BB nameservers). The new owner can then adjust the price if they like and then click publish. At that point the domain should go live on the BB website within minutes with the original logo.

Over what period? 300 is a fair sample size and you should average 6 to 12 sales per year or 1 sale per 1 to 2 months.

I have 771 domains with BB. Just sold 2 so far. Started in Nov 2017. I am going to see how many i sell by end of this year.

300 domains. 6-12 sales a year? I don't think that is going to happen. BB has over 50000 domain now.

I will update you guys in few months. It is a waiting...
