Does it worth to buy a name just for it's traffic
for parking ?

Unfortunately No, It is not worth buying just for it's traffic, The reason being, The traffic will drop off quick once the visitors see the website is no longer live, You will most likely not get any clicks on your parking page, most people will hit the back button, It seems very good in theory to purchase a name with a nice alexa rank and traffic report, It most usually is a negative experience, Once a name has been dropped and the site is no longer live, The Google PR, Alexa drop off rapidly fast, leaving you with a name worth $0 , you don't make any PPC off it as what traffic it might get for a short period time see's the parking lander, clicks the back tab on their browser.
