"Bookmark me"/"Make me your home page"

and I would like to add two features. "Bookmark me", me being a link in which they click and it adds the page under their favorites

and "make me your home page", me being a link in which they click and it is the default home page in their browser

i have tried googling it and have a hard time finding it
