I'm helping a friend at his cyber cafe and he wants his home page to come up on each browser in the cafe. What would be the best way to do this? Is there a different way for IE or firefox? I was thinking a .exe file that i could load into each computer?

Either way it's a bit invasive and probably would be unappreciated by others. I would be upset if I was using public wi-fi and the business felt at liberty to install an .exe on my machine.
Why not put up signs to the URL of the wanted homepage near the surfers?
Yes it's their cybercafe. So they want the home page to open with their cafe. I think it's a nice idea Little self advertising, it smart business. Then again he doesn't live in his parents basement either...
Your friend runs a "cyber cafe" and you're advising him on how to do so, and neither one of you know how to set the default home page on a WiFi network? Two hints: 1) it doesn't involve forcibly injecting an executable onto users' computers, which (parenthetically) is illegal in some areas; and 2) read the manual. It should be real close to page one.
