Hope i got the buyer who deals in hotel industry ,The domain is particularly used for hotel booking .And new york is famous for hotel industry .Hope i will sell it soon .

Agree with Kate and others. Has little or No value.
And as for the Flippa link, it is not a single domain. The seller sold 112 domains for a total $3780.
