I have tried to sell this domain, but didnt get any offers i liked - The domain is getting about 300 un/day and the host got arround 100 regged members.

How much can i sell this site for? And should i wait to sell?

What kind of revenue is it bringing in? That is really what people are looking for in a site. You could have 1000 unique visits, but without any revenue it's not worth as much.

But given the data, I would have to say around Low/Mid XXX. But more information could change that.
