BODIS - Unsupported & bug

I know everyone "knows" how Matt & Co. are hard working "making the Best parking service to us", i also like Bodis, but i have complained exactly 7 days ago about a very important problem, which i think that can affect you.

Checking my +250 parked names, i have taken conscience that some wasnt making money in the panel (that usually makes), so i search them to develop, giving me the surprise that the domain names wasnt there...

I reviewed the DNS and was ok, and also some of them are working without problems in some account in their parking service...

i.e.
mensunglasses.net
womensunglasses.net

The problem was presented to Matt and Custom services, Matt have answered one week ago by PM, telling me that there was a bug and some domains have been accidentally added in other accounts.

Also he asked me for the domain names, so i gave him a list of "lost" +50 domains but i havent a response since that, so the domains still in other accounts.

Obviously i have resent the messages but still no response.

So, while i still waiting them to help me... i suggest you to check your domains, maybe you are affected with the same problem.

On a serious note.. while adding the domain it was added properly and was shown in the control panel or what?
or did it happen after some time... coz I can see my domains properly for the time being..

So how do you go about checking and confirming that a particular domain is in someone else's account, rather than yours?

travinb, I didnt check that domain names was correctly after add them added, because i have added more than 200+ names.

NP41215, to see which were in my account and which not, i have hard working checking every domain name in my registrar domain control panel.

Now, all the domain names that i claim are in "none account", so i think now they (bodis) are working on the problem.

Im waiting Matt to do what he told me (they were going to add them).

For 2 more days of looses im not going to stop some "investigation" that they should be doing.

Some or all Parking companies will not allow the same name to be added to two seperate accounts. So if the names are in someone elses account it should not let him ad them back in. Can't split the rev, Can ya?

a really weird bug. never heard of any problem like this from other parking services.
anyway bodis is still new and needs more improvement, but it is a good system.

Yes, its really good, but this domain names has to be in my account since August.

Matt was here yesterday but didnt response or make any comments.

Hey guys, you should maybe cut the guy some slack..

By all accounts Bodis is solely cfguru's concept and a platform he intended to make "by domainers, for domainers". When you set out to make something for your fellow man and achieve something which strikes the right chord with people, no amount of planning and support will be able to cope with demand and individual nuances.

I dont know too much about the platform but simply reading the latest posts here at namepros recently tells me that a lot of people are in the fold and happy with the result. Way to go cfg..

From memory, Cfg has it fed by Yahoo and whilst hes trying to add a google feed also i can tell you this all takes a lot of time and effort and a lot of reverse support, speaking with your root feed provider continuously on a daily basis. The last thing he'll probably have time for now right now is answering individual minutiae.

I dont really understand the tic-toc thing?? Surely, sending a mail to bodis support and waiting for the result would suffice??

Just pm me your entire list of domains that have dissapeared and I will move the domains and revenue to your account.

Then, no more notices, i have insisted for a while, but no responses, so i made this topic, waiting for support.

Matt has contacted me on 10-04 to ask me my account email (is in the message that i have sent to him), anyway i have told my account again.

...nothing happened since that...

I still with the +50 domain names waiting for the resolution...

Finally, and to comunicate the final response for who finds or have readed this post, i write the last response from Bodis, by Matt by PM.

He told me to add again the domains because now there no were in other account.

They havent made an "investigation", my domains was one month in the Limbo.

Maybe he has to much work to do, but at least from my part, i have sacrified that month to help with an investigation that havent been made...
