Bodis traffic names...

How many of you have sold names using the revenue made while parking with Bodis as the selling point?

Have any of you sold names for 12 months plus using the revenue numbers from bodis?

Seeing that Bodis is in beta, with 100% rev share, and is new, I do see the concerns of other members buying traffic/rev names using rev numbers from them.

I submitted some domains to a fella who had a '100k' budget looking for portfolios.

This is what was said: unfortunately, we do not accept domains parked at bodis for multiple reasons, mostly because they pay 2-3x more than other providers but they have not proven themselves to be trustworthy yet. We need to wait to see their first 3-4 payouts first.

I browse the traffic domains forum daily looking for names that catch my fancy. I can tell you honestly that I don't bother concidering the names parked on bodis. What I'm looking for when I buy a name is a good deal. That means a name that is either underpriced, undervalued, or that is poorly optimized. I'm not looking to rip anyone off, but there has to be some opportunity for me to take the name I buy and make more money from it. Since bodis is paying so high currently I see little opportunity for improvement.

If someone is asking 2 years rev for a name on bodis and bodis is paying 5 times what the other providers are what happens to a buyer if bodis fails? They have to switch the name to another provider and it takes them 10 years to get their money back... Most parked names won't still be making money 10 years from now. 2 years is a big risk on most names.

I'm hoping for bodis to be a success. I've got names parked there too. I'm not stupid enough to risk a whole lot on a beta though. I'm certainly not going to pay 10 times too much for a name based on some sketchy stats.
