(1) Yes, everyone with no account problem has been paid. All earnings from August has been paid as of Oct 19.

(2) They are quite busy scanning click frauds (well, hmm, thatz only my guess ) and banning accounts committing click frauds, so they are not responding emails for quite sometimes.

No, customer service isin't conducted through the forum
but it's another form of contact. You can post in that thread
and sometimes the other users can help if it's not an admin related fix.
Especially if it's a question about an issue that they are experiencing as well.

asking customer service again thru email and if they do not respond i will post in the other thread.Seems like they should respond to customer email not post in forums .

I also got my payment for Aug's revenue (less than 10 bucks only, lol), thinking about re-park some domains with them for futher test since they send payment in time
