The name itself is weak with zero OVT and very low Google results (with/without ext.) On the other hand, it's easy to pin down what the site was about on Archive.org. Obviously, value can only be based on traffic and CTR. Have you had it long enough to evaluate that?

It looks like a good snag, although I'm having trouble telling if the PR is real on SEOlogs. The Multiple Data Centers PR Check is showing no PR at all.

BTW, it looks like your parking page has the wrong kind of links for your traffic. Your keyword should probably be something like "technology news" or "internet news". I'll wait for your response on traffic before I spew forth an appraisal. :)

hi thks,

traffic is avg, although i have not developed this site at all and it is parked at namecheap.com

yea, but at least PR3 is visible thru google toolbar that don't lie. but i wonder how much will this domain fetch.

at least for me to make some money to fix a couple of my bills, that are pilling up soon.

What do you mean by average? Is it in the teens, hundreds, low-thousands, mid-thousands or higher?

No offense, but you can't base selling a name on pagerank only. Nobody (that I know of) wants a PR3 when it's also a low-value keyword .info name that gets low traffic. I have LLLL.com names that are PR3 and some have virtually no traffic.

I'd value the domain at reg-fee or unsellable based on name alone. It might get reg-fee plus $10-15 since it's also a PR3. It will be much more valuable if it has good traffic with a good/fair click-through-rate.
