Sure, they could be part of a sale, but there tend to be 2 types looking at this domain; People that say the value is low $xx,xxx (these people usually want to see revenue, statistics, etc.), and people that value the domain at $xxx,xxx+ (these people do not care about the revenue and stats). I have received several offers from both types. If and when I sell, it will be to someone that is going to spend millions to develop, market and launch a new Blogging.com, so the domain will be part of that money.
