Blog script for users

I want to create a free blog site like blogger.com. I need a script that can automatically sign users up, and let the do the usual blog stuff. Free if possible.

I'm looking for one, as well. Don't mind paying, as long as the design is clean, and the code documented and relatively bug-free.

A not-too-easy option would be LiveJournal.org (that's different from the main Livejournal.COM site. It's the software used in DeadJournal.org and other sites.

There are also other scripts that do this which are based on repurposed variants of blog software like pLog and even b2.

im working on a script such as this. This has been a long project, i kinda get bored with it so i dont do it for a month or so and then i start working on it agian.

When i do get this script created, i will post it on the site for sale.

I've long since forgotten the site's URL (and was sure I had the site bookmarked somewhere) but for the life of me couldn't find the exact sites or links.

One thing I DO explicitly remember is about a mod for the pLog script (which is already mutli-user, multi-blog) that simply automated the account creation process (instead of the admin giving the permissions piecemeal) so users who sign up are simply issued a new blog (according to the multi-blog feature already built-in) and voila, Blogger/BlogSpot functionality right there.

I'll post a link if I ever find it again.

I´ve a blogging host here in Brazil (www.virtualog.net) and I use plog (www.plogworld.org), it´s GPL and is very good

The only problem are templetation (plog uses Smarty - that is very good - but isnot everyone who can edit) and the url of the users -www.yourdomain.com/number or for primary blog /username)

user signs up , they each gets admin panel for personal

blog with a choice of 25 0ver templates and eight different languages!
