Cpanel automation email script

I have a script that allows users to sign up and it will create an email account for them in my cpanel. I changed servers, and the code was encrypted for the old site, and install.php wont work for the new server. I cant find the name of this script anywhere.

Can someone please direct me to a free script such as this?
