Established Death Note Blog - Everything on Death Note - Anime-Related Blog Site, $1 START!!!!

I'm looking to concentrate on my designing career rather than running sites, and so I've decided to sell off a few of my sites, for now, I'm looking to sell DeathNoteBlog. It's a blog dedicated to the wonderful anime Death Note.

Traffic:
In June (which was the first month of the site's existance), we received over 1200+ visitors:

Revenue:
The site runs AuctionAds, and I very recently implemented Adsense (I can't monitor the success of adsense really, because there is a problem setting channels with Adsense Injection).

It made a total of $1.44 for the duration it was on.

As you can see, by just posting on it once/twice a day, the site WILL grow very rapidly; it has link exchanges with 3 other good anime-related sites, and has the top listing for "Death Note Blog". It also has a lot of other good ranking keywords and phrases which bring good traffic from Google.

OK...thanks. Just a question - do I have to spend much time updating it with fresh content, or is it automated with feeds or something?

You'll have to spend a little time updating it because that's the best way of increasing traffic. What I tend to do is search for the latest Death Note news, and then just write a bit about something new. It doesn't take much effort at all.
