Tons of companies (even more every day) need to block IM's for security purposes. Only issue is it's only talking about AIM. This is one of the most popular, but limiting.

I understand it is limiting, I look at the traffic for the name and figured it was a good deal. Slightly worried about the tm, but then again look up aim block and there was all sorts of programs etc etc named the exact same thing as the domain.
See thats where I am unclear, I am a newbie and don't know a lot about trademark issues. AIM has many many commercial uses, heck it is also a toothpaste, I look at the US trademark website and the only thing I found under AIM was various logos for many many different companies. Now I would GUESS that aim is too common of a word for the word itself to be trademarked. Any clarification from an expert would be great.
