Blank Page in IE yet FF loads a page

Works in FF but shows nothing in IE, WTF

First of all, why do you have Javascript on the page?

Secondly, it loads fine in IE for me. Also, there's no such thing as </img>

the javascript and </img> is the tracker code, I have to display this.
