I doubt that. In spite of all LLL.us/.biz being registered (and it's been like that for years) they are still valued at very low levels.
I think the demand is just low because they enjoy poor recognition. Moreover, an end user will typically be interested in a specific combo, he/she doesn't care that all others are taken or not.

True. But the end user case applies to all LLLs not only .biz or .us... an end user for an LLL.com wouldn't care whether any others are still available or all are taken.

But I also believe that LLL's are more of a speculation for domainers. I did manage to sell some LLL.BIZ and LLL.US to end-users but again the majority of end-users still look at the .com as the only domain extension in the market.

I hope things would change with time, I also believe they will.
