For sale today is a custom coded, auto updating news site for the Bird Flu pandemic. The site is located at www.birdfluupdate.org and the domain is registered at Namecheap.
At current the site generates no revenue as I have no alternatives to AdSense (from which I have been banned :td
. The site has ultra targetted traffic as all of it is from Google searches, mainly for 'Bird Flu Update', so by getting targetted ads up, profit is inevitable.

Site is ranked 6th in Google for 'Bird Flu Update', a keyphrase which had OVT of 3000+ for November and 500+ in December, which can only increase as the threat grows.

The script amalgamates chosen RSS feeds in chronological order and feeds can be easily added and removed. The script is 100% but does not include resale rights.
I'm looking for low $XXX in the end for this due to potential and the promise due to such a quick Google ranking. The site has only been around for 2 weeks yet Google already loves it.
