Hello guys,
After I took some time analysing through my network, it came to my attention that I lack time to update some of my large websites, whose maintenance is really time consuming. Therefore, I have decided to put www.birdfluinfo.org up for sale! I have been writing short bird flu related news on a daily basis in the beginning, and it has been a nice gem in my collection. Traffic is very much depending on how often you update it, since feeds are beeing distributed through-out related websites. However, this is not one of those websites that you won't have to update, but don't worry, the update process is quite simple as it uses Word-Press. I never gave this website the attention it deserves, and never had time to promote it more actively. Therefore, I would like to see this website in the hands of someone willing to make it develop even further.
Revenue: The website has made a total of $268.77 since it was launched 5 months ago. Its high peak was the last month with $112. I have done a lot to tweak the ads, to blend them in, so the CTR was reasonably high. If you are interested, send me a PM and I will give you a screenshot of the adsense revenue.
Traffic & PR: In March, the website got SE visits for bird flu related terms, and the link exchanges I have done brought about some visitors too. It total, over 2800 visits and 1980 uniques in March. The link exchange has been done ocasionaly, mostly with people that contacted me to do one. Website has couple of websites PR4-PR6 linking to it.
Price: I am open for your offers, expecting a mid-high $XXX, Buy-it-now at:$500 (average monthly income in previous months x 10).
