Referrer stats...How about some live everything stats. Just remember that Nov figures are not exclusive to bigfiles.org as I added another site to my account as mentioned in the opening thread.

sasport, I honestly do not know if the script will work when in a cluster of servers. I did not write the write the code. I would say 'No' for the purpose of not wanting someone to buy it for that sole purpose.

I received a email asking about the links so I'll clarify. I have sold nolinks and the links in the footer of the site are not paid and may be removed by the buyer.

BillyConnite, there was no traffic increase for the site that I know of. In November I moved another site to my hosting account at Powweb. When I did this I did not understand how they handled additional domains. I had to create a directory within the bigfiles site and then use htaccess to get people to the new domain. I'm not sure how common this is as niether of my other hosting companies handle adding domains in this manner. To be honest I didn't care until I went to get a traffic snapshot for this listing and noticed that the two sites generate one data set. The increase in traffic for November is clearly from the site that I added to the account and should not be taken into account when making your bids as it is not an increae to the site for sale.

Unfortunate that the auction was closed. I noticed that you edited the part that said that the auction would go until December 1st, Midnight, to the highest bidder.

Mods should ensure that members follow through with auction terms, to ensure that the time of interested parties is not unneccesarily wasted.

dewpoint, you must have missed the part where I stated that the listing could be cancelled if the bids were not acceptable to me, which is what I have done. Never did I say that it would be sold to the highest bidder. You seem to inferred this but I cannot imagine how.

It seemed apparent that there was a lack of serious (read $$$) interest at NP so I closed the thread to inform bidders that it had been removed. I actually felt this was the considerate thing to do instead of letting it drag out to only tell people in the end that their bids were not interesting to me. I run short (1-3 day) auctions for this reason alone. I only list a site once and on one board at a time. Nobody wants to waste their time and I'm sorry if you felt that yours was spent in this manner.

The site has been listed at another forum where the bids are in the range of what I would consider acceptable and it will be sold tonight.
