I have done nothiong wrong. You did copy my sites content. You removed the copyright without permission, and that is your fault not mine, and i am sick of people makong up stuff which is not true.

I have one alias. It is robertall (sometimes) robert allen. WHOIS any of my sites (or so called sites you think), and mine are either WHOIS Guarded or show real address. I live in one address, and one address only. Stop your whining. I did nothing wrong whatsoever in any of these 2 circumstances and i am not problematic, you are.

Please ignore peterstannard, he is a prat and he is not trustworthy. Besides, at least i have proof you stole my design...

You were accused because it is true. Liquidcoke.net was copied off of swed.us

I am unable to sell one of my sites on Namepros due to his false accusations and his persistant smear campaign against me.

You were unable to sell liquidcoke because it was breaking copyright infringement. I also advised not to buy from you because you are untrustworthy, just like you are doing with robertall now (which is not true)

I have also been threatened with legal action

Because you broke copyright infringement...

and have suffered harrasment over the telephone

To my knowledge you did not even pick up

after being tricked by him (using one of his many alias) into giving my personal details to him (believing he was going to purchase a site from me and send me payment in the post).

True, but that was me, not robertall. If your going to try to take someone to court you'll need details.

After doing some digging on this loser I have found out he attends a school in Cornwall.

I'm sure this "loser" will agree with you.

I will report this thread to the administrators and hopefully they can do something about this guy.

When I first stumbled upon swed it offered a free download of all the HTML etc. I was looking for something that could be used on a gaming site and this fitted the bill. There was no license.
I've tried looking for old pages of swed using archive.org and SE cache's but there were none old enough to show the downloads page. Even if you attempt to deny the existance of this downloads page then you are lying.

Even if you do how can you claim CR infringment when in the PDFs on PCWebTalk you show how to make a site like swed which includes all the PHP coding etc.

I dont know if i believe you, but i know i dont trust robertall after this.

robertall i have seen you alot on other forums and never seen any troubles, but this may result in that i wont do business with you because i dont know who is lying or who is telling the thruth about this.

Folks - If you can't prove anything - Stay out of others sales threads .... - If you can prove something - THAT IS WHAT THE REPORTED POST AND PTS SECTIONS ARE FOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stop Just Crashing a thread because you are under the impression it is alright.
