Big PPC on SEDO but what about Google AdSense?

I have a domain parked with SEDO, its got to do w/ bankruptcy and car loans. Its among 80 or so parked domains. It never gets action with the exception of a few visits a month and NO clicks.

I just saw my first and only click, which was almost $8.00 - I got excited. So to make sure my excitement isn't just Newbie Rabies, can someone please answer me this:

- If SEDO, a company taking a "cut" of my PPC income is paying me out $8 a click. Does that mean that Google AdSense will pay me $8 or more if I develop the domain and use their ad system?

OR

- Do I need to develop it first to prove to google that the site gets alot of traffic?

- I heard that you are not allowed to feed traffic (ie. links and marketing) to any domains that are parked with a service (SEDO). Is that true? If its not, its almost work it at $8 a click.

I'm just sorting out my hosting needs and very close to getting some mini sites off the ground. If this is going to work out well for me, then this domain just might be the first one I develop.

Am I on the right track?

NO.

AdSense for content pays much more less than the feeds used on Sedo or other parking services.

Yes, it's true.
You are not allowed to send traffic to your parking pages. They will spot you in a couple of hours.

How do they handle a situation where a site used to exist on a domain but the site was taken down and the domain was moved to parking?

Why does a parking service have a better click figure?

Does my domain getting an $8 per click rate mean its worth something it? (not to an enduser but to someone who would want to monetize it)

Does that PPC price mean I'd do well if I developed it as a traffic / ad revenue minisite?

I'm very new to all this, so I'm looking for any input I can get. As a newbie I'm interpreting an $8 per click on SEDO as a very positive sign HOWEVER as a newbie, I might be way off !
