Need help on utilizing traffic from the Philippines

Hi i have a domain that recieves considerable traffic mainly from the Philippines and its currently parked on sedo and though it gets a lot of clicks i get only 3 cents / click, would any members happen to know any other ppc programmes that might convert this traffic better
