My issue has been solved with Godaddy, :) it is professional!

Hi Guys, :)

Godaddy is a really professional company.

My issue has been solved and I have agreement with Godaddy and my money is going to be refunded as well. :D

thanx for everyone's help. Because I have contacted Mr. Ruiz, he is a really excellent manager! and great thanx to Mr. Ruiz. The only thing is with any issue, Godaddy users just have to find a right channel to contact Godaddy, the company is big. :)

I do recommend people use Godaddy especially as this issue is solved with Godaddy. :D see you guys!

Good luck, and I am going to update my other threads.

I wish Admin could remove my other threads, and I am going to write a new thread :D

thanx

I am sorry for my angry words.

This is what one of my partner said about Godaddy:
BE ware of Godaddy.com

I have no idea at all how did this happened.

I open my e-mail at this morning, then I see a paypal transaction.
I thought it is somebody paying me.

then I open it, and then I see it is a receipt that godaddy has charged me something which I do not know about it at all.

I open godaddy account, it says that I have purcahsed 75Quantities of Webhosting, then I open my hosting panel, it shows me nothing.
if I have purchased 75 webhosting, why doesn't it show me that on my account? that really makes me feel bad to Godaddy.com.

Because I believed Godaddy, then I have opened paypal prepay option as fast for my purchases. but this time I am cheated by Godaddy.
I tried to call Godaddy, but every phone is occupied. I waited almost 20 mins for waiting someone at Godaddy to answer my phone and give me an answer about the transaction. but no answers at all.

I have also sent them e-mail, no replies yet!

I want to tell everyone, that :

Do not use paypal prepay option on Godaddy, never use it.
Because your account might be charged for unreasonable items in one day morning.

I will keep this update,
and I am waiting someone to solve this issue and I want to transfer all of my domains out of Godaddy, and close my Godaddy account forever.

I read that link. Maybe I'm stupid, but I don't seem to get the full story.

More specifics please, even those that might make one blush.

Since when does PayPal automatically deduct anything from your account at a merchant's whim? The only thing I know of is a payment request, but that doesn't take funds out of your account unless you accept it.

I could be wrong.
Yes, you are wrong. I have several things that are automatically deducted from my PayPal account every month including stuff from GoDaddy.

OP, try to contact GoDaddy again and keep this thread updated instead of making more. I'd like to see what really happened here.

I'll tell you what: kindly ask "one of my partner" if s/he ordered the domain/s
along with something with Go Daddy back then. That 75 quantities item isn't
there for no reason.

But more importantly, don't hold back. Be honest enough to reveal any details
that might even make the partner blush.

You hold back something, you ain't entitled to any sympathy around here. Be
aware of that.

Ok. So If I read the story correctly, you had hosting at GoDaddy and went over your allotted bandwith?

And now your upset that Godaddy charged you exceeding what youve paid for? First of all, if your smart and just call the billing department, if this is your first offense, and your polite, they may just wave the fee or severely reduce it. Also, if you were on the "old" hosting plans, you can argue that you thought you had been upgraded and had more disk space.

But bottom line is that your responsible for managing your own account - if you exceed what youve paid for its just like a cell phone. Gotta pay the phone company what youve gone over by.

Your not going to resolve this problem on the forum, I recommend contacting their billing department at 480-505-8855.

I could be wrong. I've never been a "merchant" with PayPal, but I have done a lot of shopping with it since 2002 and not once have I encountered any renew/continue billing options.

I have though, often, seen people have charges taken from their accounts after they were phished, and phishing scams "claiming" that charges were taken.

it did,
because my partner has Paypal prepay on file option stored on his Godaddy account.
it automatically transfers the money out.
you can try it if you do not believe that.
he used it, because he trusted in Godaddy

called more than 20 times, all phones were occupied.
Godaddy people are just too busy and no one is free to answer his phone call.
we are not in US, we are outside of US, therefore it charged us as international phone calls, it is also ****ing expensive.

we wish people can help us, i am here is trying to find a way to solve this issue with godaddy.
although godaddy service told me how to delete my account, it is just unbelievable.
they do not care about its client/s.
