BEWARE !! A GoDaddy look-a-like email will steal your details...

BEWARE !!
Pay attention to suspicious emails you're recieving, just like I've recieved a minute ago.
The sender is as if "[email protected]".
The body of the email is about the review domain name contact data from ICANN...
You know, the regular email they're sending each year ("it is that time of year again" bla bla bla).
The link at the bottom of this mail is ]https://dcc.godaddy.com/default.aspx?isc=ICANN0908a& amp;ci=8987[ - BUT :
The TRUE link for that is ]http://dcc.godadbdy.com/login.aspxSPKey=GDDCCEB07myaUrl=3fdefaultaspxisc=ICANN0908aci=8987/[
Yes, "godadbdy.com".
Please pay attention and beware !!

Report it to GoDaddy. last time these crooks used godaoddy.com. Got them suspended.

Warning - Update WHOIS Scam

Heads up -- got one of those emails from what appeared to be "GoDaddy" telling me it's time to check the WHOIS data to make sure it's accurate.

The link they provided looks real, but when you hover over you can see it goes to www. GoDadbdy .com -- which was just registered yesterday!

Always check those links in emails -- even though the text of the link was spelled correctly, the actual link went to a typo...
