Look no further than WhoIs.sc for GREAT development of an ".SC" ... "South Carolina", "Southern California, "Somewhere in China", I don't care what you call it (fantastic development being the key here, as mentioned)! :tu:
Non-developed ... I would rate the domain much lower (at the Wholesale level), IMHO.

But gambling ads is banned in google and yahoo., So we have only chance to optimize for top rankings in SE's and this domain will be of great use for that.

Mid xxx is a good price for the enduser - undeveloped.

Nice name to have in any extension.
