well, for large portfolios you can pick up bulk pre-made sites cheaply - with content or like a simple lander. you might need a tiny bit of know how to plug your names in and sort hosting (and mightn't make much more than parking). i'm sure there's plenty of guys in the website marketplace happy to help you out.
but if you wanted a bit more tlc approach you could head over to wordpress.org. it's all pretty simple, and you could learn how to make one site you're happy with, then cookie cutter more.
you could have a play at wordpress.com if you want to try first - IMHO getting stuck in and making mistakes is the best way to go.
if you want to build out any of these sites more, i found clicking on people's signatures a good place to start - usually people have their projects incubating there, and a nice way to see things as they grow from rough sketches.
