Developing Domains

OK you domain gurus, help me out with something..

I have a bunch of nice keyword-rich domains, and I'd like to develop them. However, I don't have nearly enough time to develop more than a couple of websites myself, so I'm wondering what would be the best way to find someone to do the developing for me? Technically very easy work, just put together some nice-looking information-rich niche websites and forums.
I was thinking of maybe hiring a student or something.
Any ideas? How much do these services usually cost?

Post the job here along with either how much you'll pay, or ask people to list there rate to do it. Take a look at their portfolios and choose one.
