Best sites for Registering .es domains?

I understand .es (spain) domains can be registered internationally by any individual

so

1) which (en) sites are better to register it at cheap/reasonable price ?

2) Is the registration is automatic like .com regisrartion or will it take time for approval by .es registry (i mean 1 or 2 days)

As far as i remember, its not instant...may take upto 24hrs.

.es are not registered instantly, there is a delay of about an hour.
