Good morning,

My domain registrar is currently namecheap. But after signing up with Sedo I realized that namecheap is not a sedoMLS partner. So I want to switch registrars. Which one on this list (ones on the left) is the best registrar - aside from Godaddy. I keep my private domains at Godaddy and wish to keep them separate.

I can't post links yet so google "SedoMLS participating registrars" to see the list I guess. Of someone else can be so kind to help me out and post it.

Thanks
Eric

Dynadot.com is the best in my opinion.

Thanks guys! Not Whois private - just my business domains (9 to 5) - the ones not associated with domaining. I didn't see enom on there. But it is the default registrar filled in in the settings. Ill check out dynadot. I was looking at domainmonster too. Their .coms are only 7.99. That's cheap. And free to transfer from old to them.

Dynadot isn't a SedoMLS partner. They work with Afternic.

Neither is GoDaddy.

I think you should at least try to be accurate and know what you are talking about when you post answers in these forums. This level of accuracy is shocking.

I think the Mods could also help keeping newbie questions out of the main forum (although this one maybe a borderline case).

when choosing a registrar, especially if you plan on being a reseller, better to go with one that other domainers are familiar with and currently use, has good customer service, an easy transfer process and allows internal domain "pushing" from one account to another.

rather than a fly by night crew, with low pricing... who never answers the phone or replies to emails

imo...

I know that does not answer the question but:
the registrar not being member of SedoMLS does not hinder your ability to sell domains.

You can already list your domains at Sedo and other marketplaces regardless of where they are registered.
But if nobody wants your domains, all that doesn't matter.
Your primary concern should be to acquire domains that somebody else would want, then they will sell for themselves.

Don't put the cart before the horse :)

Just that! I am putting the horse first. Trying to get everything in order before I pull the trigger.

If I'm not mistaken NameSilo is a SedoMLS partner and they are great! Very affordable prices as well.

@dnb8 - OK. I went to the source and asked my Dynadot Account Manager. You are correct. Dynadot is both a member of SedoMLS Premium and Afternic Premium Networks. I apologize for my comments.
