Sedo seems to be the biggest but your name gets lost in it
Is there any other sites which have a good turn around

I think it's about the quality of the domains you have, not about where to sell them really fast.

Also, promote the selling, if you think its worth a good value, why not putting in sedo as featured domain for sale in frontpage...

Sedo also advises to promote your domain - not a bad idea to have a small website advertising some of your names, with a link to the Sedo selling page (NOT parking page, beware!).
