Good question

I have around 200 LLLL's. Some have 5-10 visits per day, some have none.

All have lousy clicks (<1%)

Can anybody else help?

Have you thought about developing them into small "minisites". Even a website of only 5 or 6 pages of unique content with ads on them might generate enough income to exceed costs.
