Tough to answer but I can attempt 2.

Geo Domains - Sedo
Adult domains - Parking Panel

Parked.com is also really good for most categories. And fabulous is supposed to be good for gambling domains. Bodis is also pretty good, however, its difficult to classify which niche does better at Bodis as it is a relatively new program.

The only one I wouldn't put at PARKED is the Adult Name.

Pay = .04-.05 RPC for me. Ouch! Otherwise try the others there is O.K

I'm pretty new in domain parking. However, the parking I like the most, by far, is NameDrive. It is the most flexible, and the one that looks less like a parking (I guess you now what I mean...). Payout is fine by now...
