Can you guys tell me if there are some good sites that allow someone who does not have experience in creating a new website to create a reasonably good one. I have seen a number of ads from sites that claim you can create a good website with no experience using their services. Can you guys tell me which ones are the best. Thanks.

It's very easy really... just jump on to Google and put in Website Design Tutorials.

You can always create a worthless page relatively quickly, but if you spend a weekend reading in depth you'd be surprised at what you can accomplish.

After you have the basics down, jump into http://drupal.org/

Drupal has a bit of a learning curve, but it will let you create large Web sites without needing to know how to program.
