The these names are hot mind it, so they are going to be expensive. If the seller somehow comes to know you are interested in the name and need it, they might just raise the prices a bit more. However, the sound of eproperty.com is better than iproperty.com. Cant give an exact price but i think it will surely be in a healthy 5 number range.

iProperty.com and eProperty.com are both quite valuable. You would be looking at at least six-figures for eProperty.com and at least five-figures for iProperty.com IMO. You might be able to get eProperty.com for five-figures but no less IMO.

Property.com and Properties.com are both listed a BigTicketDomains.com for sale. Asking price? Only $36,000,000. If you are looking for the best, look no further.

seems like BigTicketDomains.com is no indication for domain prices - very few visitors and never heard of major sale made by them....

As far as I remember you also own MrProperty.com that you got at snapnames - Is that correct ?

If so I would go with that one for sure :) IMO - Spend a bit of money getting a great looking website and an unforgetable logo - banners etc

This name is Short - Brandable and has that important keyword - spend the extra money on promotion/advertising rather than buy a name for xx,xxx up > that is not much likely to bring you any more visitors.

Property.com - Yes .....Realestate.com - Yes.........every other name will need the same amount of work to make it sucessful IMO :)

My DBA

I own PropertyBlog.com. It is on my list of things to do. Its DBA just cleared the publication period so I can launch it any time.

I want it to address the Bay Area housing bubble issue. Those convinced that there is one might list their homes for sale. The others might want to still buy homes. Could be a win-win site.

If I owned eproperty.com I wouldn't sell for under a million. I doubt you could get it for less than that. Eproperty = domain names...

I think the majority of domains on there would be more likely to come under the "pvt sale" category.

I see Rick Schwartz has a few on there for sale - Property.com/properties.com for $36,000,000 D-: RealEstateForSale.com for $5,000,000 D-: , Candy.com - offers and Banker.com for $1,500,000.

Well I guess you don't get if you don't ask !!

I also noticed that Bigticketdomains states that they Advertises In The Wall Street Journal - now thats a way to get your domains noticed :)

(The current domain advertising cost for our Wall St. Journal ads is $185 per listing. This includes a front page site listing also. You can also advertise just on the site front page for $85, or second page for $50. The Wall St. Journal does not accept adult domains, but you can list them on the site. Adult domains are subject to approval)

Has anyone ever tried to sell their domains to them ? :)

I think allproperty.com is excellent. More than good enough for a big real estate site.

Rick Schwartz just bought Property.com last year for $750,000, so I highly doubt that eProperty.com would fetch a million. Property.com is a category defining generic with direct type-in traffic, while eProperty.com is just a brand with little to no traffic. A million would be a little bit far fetched but in domaining almost anything is possible.

I really like MrProperty. Has such a cool upscale/class operation feel to me. Develop/brand with a logo built around a very high class gentleman.

Why not take the 'Smith Barney makes money the hard way' concept and apply it to Mr. Property.
