AllProperty.com

If people hear about "MrProperty" by word-of-mouth or radio ad, they may type in "MisterProperty".

ALLproperty.com by far I would not even reg Mrproperty Unless I had the Initials M R . Allproperty very nice. IMO

I agree allproperty! Moreover it say exactly what the portal it is about, usually, in lack of a great creative name this is the best way to go.
Good luck.
Gene great! As always short and effective!

Considering the fact that you are planning for a website or portal dealing in all kinds of properties, I think allproperty.com would be the most suitable of the two.

I'm not wild about either, to be honest. MrProperty is more catchy, but at the same time sounds alittle tacky. Perhaps not good for dealing with high value items such as houses. So AllProperty, just.

to me Mrproperty looks fancy and good. I think it would make a better company. :)

Mrproperty.com, i'd say

Depends on what you're shooting for.
"Mr.Property" is more brandable ( :imho: ) and conveys a "lighter" attitude towards things.
"AllProperty" is much more formal, although not as catchy or easy to remember. But at the same time, you'd probably be aiming for two different demo's anyway :)

I think that MrProperty.com might be just a bit better. Both namesare good but I believe the MrProperty would be a bit more brandable and more memorable.

Unless you already regged the names they are both taken, so price could be a factor in your choice as well.

IMHO MrProperty. Somehow I feel it is more likely to be sold and developed.

No secrets which one I prefer  MrProperty.com - a very valid point made by Gene but I think it is still very brandable - easy to remember and with a nice catchy logo it could work a treat online.

As far as I can tell allproperty is currently for sale (do you own it already?).
Best of luck in whatever you decide but take your time before you spend an extra $2,288 on buying allproperty.com :) - That's of course if you don't own it already ! That additional money could be better spend on a nice website/logo and lots of submission to search engines IMO

ps - I'm still up for a swap ! << Subtle hint

I like the developable touch of MrProperty.com. Allproperty has this grammar issue that makes it sound weird (shouldn't it be allproperties?). Nonetheless, both have their potentials, all depending how you develop them as well.

MrProperty.com is more catchy and brandable, and a bit less formal than AllProperty.com.

Mr. Property.

Gene had a valid point but how often do you receive a letter saying, "Dear Mister Smith".
