Best letters in a domain by rank

This is urgent. I need a list of the best letters in a domain. Please list the letters by what you think is the best letter to the worst. When considering letters pretend that these will be in an LLL.com domain.

I would think a general letter-frequency list would be relevant here. There are two I heard about years ago, which are probably still pretty accurate. They say that these are the most frequently used letters (in English), in this order:

ETAOINSHRDLU
or
ETAONRISHDLFCMUGY

That may not be an exact match to the letters' usefulness in LLL.com's, but it should be at least somewhat helpful.
