Best host for dedicated server

Hey guys, in your opinion who is the best host for dedicated servers? I'm looking for servers under $200

Personally I really liked AccurateHub @ accuratehub.com. My current server is from them and it is going great.

I used to be with LimeStone Networks. They have very cheap prices and great technical support, but beware, I got fined $125 USD for bulk mail being sent from my server. That is the main reason why I left them.
