Best "e-cart" for accepting credit cards for Manual processing

Hi, I am currently working on a website where I would like to setup the following way:

I could accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), this will just process me the information and then I can manually process each order/payment as the sales I will be doing do require me to do a phone verification. Meaning when a order is processed I have to call the customer, go over there purchase information, make sure everything is correct, make sure I have there authorization to charge the card, then process there order, all over a recorded conversation. This is a requirement I am required to do for my merchant account.

I was looking for a good "e-cart" script/program I could integrate into my site to use, I would greatly appreciate it if someone can point me in the right direction as I am not very familiar with this subject.

There are lots of solutions for this... It comes down to usability and personal preference. I personally use Ubercart, its amazing, but requires drupal. If not running drupal, you can use OS Commerce, a free open source shopping cart. You can do it all with this, accept orders, input orders, have a shopping cart, etc, etc, etc. Although I have never personally used it, I hear good things. Don't go around and pay hundreds of $ for software that is free... I have seen many people do this. Os Commerce is an industry leader and completely free
