Most Blockchain.ngtld domains make no sense.

looks like most Blockchain.ngld have been registered.
is blockchain going to be that big a thing.

If you mean domains that mix words with "Block" at the beginning and "Chain" at the end. Yes, Blockchain is all the talk in fintech.

You have to be creative to find a strong .com related to blockchain. It definitely has potential for the future

Decentraland is a VR open world with its own currency (MANA) that's built on top of on top of Ether as a token. As some of you may have read, their initial coin offering sold out in 35 seconds and reached the maximum 26 million dollars.

Inside the open world owners of land can build whatever they please because it's built on the blockchain, so ownership of the world is by the owners of land and MANA tokens.

Decentraland has been getting a lot of buzz lately and I see a considerable amount of people are talking on Crypto related forums about plans to invest in MANA when they open the exchange. Decentraland will be in WebVR.

My question for you guys is do you see domaining opportunities with this project? They said that developers are already working on theaters, casinos, games, theme parks, etc.

Why did you get the plural?? You had a good idea (I hadn't thought about .org) because I already have MANAToken(s) dot com, but you left the *preferred* singular available, so I registered it to be on the safe side (coins always use the singular).

I also have MANACasino(s) dot com because there are plans to build them. But I am still unsure of the value of these domains. A lot depends on if they give users of the platform to link to parts of Decentraland using URLs. If so I'm pretty confident these will have value if it becomes a popular VR sandbox, but my research hasn't pulled any clear answers yet.

The singular is what the coin organizations use. DogeCoin uses DogeCoin.com. Bitcoin uses Bitcoin.org. Litecoin uses Litecoin.org. Bitcoin just paid 50k for BitcoinCash.org after the fork. Dot org is what the coins prefer and they always use singular. Many of the plural dot org domains are still for sale or blank pages because the coins are satisfied with their singular domains.

The plural dot com has more potential because it can be used for a business. But plural dot org is almost useless.
