Best .com pricing with reseller panel

I am looking for a good registrar to work with, to consolidate all my domains. (i suppose it is a good way to manage my names?)
I am looking at both good pricing, cheapest if possible but with a good control panel which I can implement API too. Or is there Transfer promotion going on that I could take advantage off? (I saw godaddy's but with icann fees is already at $7++, any cheaper?)

Any advise? Off course it has to be a reliable Registrar too if possible best of both worlds

If u want to take advantage on transfer, u might want to check out http://www.webnic.cc They are running a transfer promo now, only US$6.75 (with ICANN fee). It's the best offer I noticed so far.

Thanks for the recommendation. I have checked out the 3 of them and here are some comparison i've made.

Wildwest seem to need a subscription fee of US$99 renewable yearly (can't i use it for domain registration?) and the domain registration is at $7.75 quite costly for few hundred names. (looking for lower / special pricing -arrangement)

As for Name.com they don't provide any reseller account/ control panel, or API. however the free email account will come in handy specially for end-users who don't plan to spend on hosting.

As for lilpooh's suggestion, the pricing sounds interesting at only US$6.75 but webnic too needs a pre-payment (is this a yearly fee like wildwestdomains as well?) i see many other domain extensions available as well.

Bigsotong.com, i saw your signature you mention also on US$6.75 for transfer? is it the same registrar you are referring to?

webnic requires $100 prepayment but it's usable. it's not the yearly fee like wildwestdomains, webnic don't require yearly fee. i only replenish my account when i have insufficient balance to register domains.
