Hi, I would like to know which are the best free blog services in terms of SEO? I mean which will get crawled quickly and also will get better position on search engines.

If you mean free blog hosts, then blogger/blogspot is the best.

If you are talking about blogging script: then I think WordPress is the best. Wordpress has all the plugins that you need to make a perfect blog which will be easily crawl-able by SEs.

I would recommend Wordpress, but they would show ads if you use their free blog host service. For blog hosting without ads, I'd choose blogger.

I'd suggest wordpress.com. My domianname.wordpress.com blog is not showing ads so you should not worry about that.
